5/18/24 - COMING HOME TO YOU

Join in an afternoon of journeying through the Seasons of the menstrual cycle. Understanding the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) nuances of the menstrual cycle can be a key in unlocking a portion of the lost and hidden mysteries within ourselves. Menstrual cycle awareness helps give women the opportunity to deeply enhance and nourishes the relationship with ourselves, partners, families, nature and the feminine as a whole.

The afternoon will include:
⁃ A deep dive into the Seasons of the menstrual cycle and how to flow with it in our daily lives
⁃ A cacao ceremony led by Rachael Kraus
⁃ Intuitive movement embodying the seasons of the menstrual cycle

$65 per person.

Workshop will be on our farm in Hayden, ID.
